Returns and refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your art purchase, please contact First Thursday within 14 days at hello@first-thursday.com to request a return. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to qualify for a refund.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, documentation (including Certificate of Authenticity and any other enclosed items, where relevant) and contents intact.

Once First Thursday receives and verifies the completeness and condition of the return, a full refund of the artwork's purchase price will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used, minus a handling fee that varies based on size, weight and location.

Please note that any duties, taxes, and import fees paid are non-refundable per customs regulations and cannot be refunded by First Thursday. In some cases, these costs may be able to be reclaimed from your local tax authorities.

To initiate a return, customers must obtain a prepaid return shipping label from First Thursday and use the First Thursday-authorised door-to-door courier service. Tracking information will be provided. Refunds will only be processed for items returned via this First Thursday coordinated process.
